1. When and where is the course held?
ITMG offers our CCNA™ 2-Day Boot Camp around the country.  Click here to find out when we will be in your hometown.

2. Who will be the instructor?
Our Boot Camp instructors are highly recognized IT professionals with years of Cisco experience, both in the classroom and in the field.  To find out who the next instructor will be, visit the Instructor page.

3. Is this class certified from Cisco?
This class is not certified by Cisco, but it is guaranteed.  Each student that goes through the ITMG CCNA™ 2-Day Boot Camp is guaranteed* that they will pass the CCNA™ exam the first time.  If they do not, they will be able to attend a future class free.

4. How many students are in each class?
To make sure individual attention is given to Boot Camp students, all classes will be limited.  Most classes are limited to twenty students.

5. What does the tuition include?
Your tuition includes two industry leading Cisco CCNA™ textbooks, sixteen hours of intense one-on-one style lecture, Hands-On Cisco Router Labs, proprietary materials, coverage of all Cisco CCNA™ exam objectives, a highly trained instructor, and the Pass The First Time Guarantee*.

6. How much does this course cost?
The course only costs $995 and includes everything listed above!  The course only costs $895 per person when you register 2 or more seats.

7. What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Money Orders, and Cashier's Checks.

8. Can anyone take this course?
Anyone who is willing to put in the time to become a network professional, can and should take this course.  The course is logically designed and very straightforward.  If you can follow simple instructions, and practice what you are taught, you can pass the CCNA™!

9. What course materials will I receive?
Your tuition includes the industry leading Cisco CCNA™ textbook and hands-on proprietary materials, designed for rapid learning of the CCNA™ exam objectives.

10. Who should take the CCNA™?
Individuals new to networking or re-training, support staff and technical professionals, Cisco Premier and Silver Channel Partners, Academia: Networking Academy graduates.  Of course, anyone that would like to keep pace with technology should attend and achieve the skills necessary to pass the CCNA™.

12. What is your refund policy?
A full refund is given up to 60 days before the start of a registered class.  A 50% refund is given up to 45 days before the start of a registered class.  No other refunds are given.  If for some reason you cannot attend the Boot Camp on the day you signed up for, you may attend our next Boot Camp.  Your registration is good for up to one year from the time of purchase.

13. What is the CCDA™ add-on option?
The CCDA™ is an add-on to the ITMG CCNA™ 2-Day Boot Camp, and gives you the opportunity to achieve two certifications in only 3 days!  The CCDA™ will be taught on the Monday following the ITMG CCNA™ 2-Day Boot Camp.  The tuition for this add-on is only $500 and includes an additional textbook, proprietary Boot Camp manual, hands-on router labs, and critical information needed to pass the CCDA™ exam the first time!  Currently, the CCDA™ add-on is only available in San Diego, CA.  If you are interested in the CCDA™ add-on, please call us to register. Seats are extremely limited.
